The guests are kindly requested to take care of the apartment (inventory, furniture etc.), as well as of the surroundings and to behave so that do not disturb another guests. 

The guests are kindly requested to use central switcher in order to connect/disconnect electricity in the apartment, which is placed as the first one on the wall when you enter the apartment. When you are leaving the apartment (during the day or by your departure) you are kindly requested to switch off the central switcher which disconnect the electricity in the apartment except in the refrigerator, which stays connected doesn’t mater if the switcher is off or on. 

Period from 15 – 17 o’clock is considered as period for rest. You are kindly requested to be calm and quiet. The same is to be applied after 23 o’clock. 

Grill is free to be used by all guests. After the usage, you are kindly requested to leave the grill and environment clean. 

All guests are allowed to take the shower in the garden. 

You are kindly requested to switch off the air-conditioner when leaving the apartment. 

By your departure you are expected to hand over the apartment without any damages. 

In the case of damage in the building, apartment or outside – around the building, you have to declare it the same day the damage occurs and to take over the expenses of renovation. 

Guests are requested to hand over the apartment by 10 o’clock on the day your departure.
